BNI Manchester and Merseyside

The welcoming face of effective business networking

BNI has huge success for Charities as the local members work with the Charity to plan events and fundraising.

Here is a list of our Charities in the Northwest

Henshaws' charity supports blind and visually impaired people in the North of England. We give expert care, advice and training to anyone affected by sight loss, right where it's needed most

LCVS is a highly effective lobbying organisation and represents the views of its members, and the wider voluntary sector to local government, national government, the European Union and other bodies.   We also help develop the voluntary, community and faith sector in Merseyside through our local community networks, capacity building services and training activities.

LCVS has several specialist teams including LCN and Liverpool Links who provide information, advice and support services to others working in or with the voluntary sector.  More information is available at www.lcvs.org.uk or you can call us on 0151 227 5177.

Background The British Red Cross helps people in crisis whoever and wherever they are. We enable vulnerable people at home and overseas to prepare for and respond to emergencies in their own communities. And when the crisis is over, we help people recover and move on with their lives. In the UK, we are committed to helping vulnerable individuals within our communities; our Emergency Response Service ranges from training volunteers in preparation for any major disaster to providing assistance to anyone who has just suffered a house fire. Sustaining these commitments involves a huge operation to raise public awareness and support. Although this represents an enormous challenge, the Red Cross prides itself on being one of the largest humanitarian organisations in the world. Website Link www.redcross.org.uk
